Where do you source your ingredients?

Our aloe vera and green tea come from South Korea and Japan, bakuchiol and chamomile are sourced from small farms in India and Germany, and hyaluronic acid and squalane are derived from eco-friendly fermentation processes.

Are your products really organic?

How are your products formulated?

Whether you’re shopping locally or internationally, our shipping process is designed to be efficient, transparent, and hassle-free. Here’s what you need to know about processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Timeline

Once you place an order, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If you place your order before 12 PM PST, it will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping – $5.99 (Free on orders over $150) | 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping – $12.99 | 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping – $24.99 | 1 business day (orders must be placed by 12 PM PST for same-day processing)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing, but most international orders arrive within 7-21 business days. Please note that additional customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

Tracking & Order Updates

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or log into your account to view your order details.

Delays & Assistance

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or opened products for hygiene reasons.
  • If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be initiated through our Orders Center. Simply visit [Orders Center link] and follow the steps to request a return. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
