At Ember & Oak, we want you to love your skincare. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or opened products for hygiene reasons.
- If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be initiated through our Orders Center. Simply visit https://emberandoak.portal.shippedapp.co/ and follow the steps to request a return. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
